This is a real honor, because I rewrote the script twice after getting passes from their readers initially. WOTS say only about 10% of submissions make it to this stage -- which means my script is among the top 10% of around 1500 submissions.

My sci-fi action screenplay, Imprinted, is nominated for Best Screenplay at the Oaxaca Film Festival.

The Festival takes place in Oaxaca, Mexico, November 12-19. We are looking forward to a fantastic experience in Mexico and to meet the other nominees, one of which is my friend Debbra Jansen with her script Chasing Bugs.

Girl in Trunk, the contained coming-of-age-heist-thriller I wrote with John Leary, is nominated for the CLAW award at the Philadelphia Film Festival.

Burbank Film Festival released their nominations today in the form of a note on their Facebook Page.
